Oh my days! It has been quiet a while since I posted anything, I have however, been spending time doing some research about how to elavate my atistry. This including learning all about digital media and all the technical way of pushing my brand forward and most importantly, acquiring more clients. As we all know, utilizing instagram and all its features can be time consuming, but once you are able to get that one picture to go viral, that is all the momentum you need to get your followers up and get them engaged.

Moving forward, here is a look I created on my lovely friend Bisi las week. She came to me for a photoshoot session and wanted something soft but glam. Knowing her personality, going too soft would mean trouble for me, so i made the eyeshadow base a little heavier than the eyeshadow itself, went a tad bit heavy on the gel liner and added some lashes (unknow vendor) to add some glam to the overall look. Enjoy the rest of the pictures below and feel free to drop helpful opinions, suggestions or questions below.

Juvia's place Magic Palette
Hello all, hope you guys are enjoying your Friday, or Friyay as it is so popularly called these days. Anyways, I received a package today and my heart jumped for joy. It is no other than the Juvias Place Magic palette. This was a gift from a friend, who as of now has upgraded to my sister lol. It most definitely looked bigger than the picture I see all over the internet, I also tried to take some pictures of this palette to reflect its size, but i fell flat on my photography skills lol.

Although majority of these colors are not my personal favorite, however as a makeup artist, one has to accommodate and work with different colors based on clients' preferences.
The pigmentation on each colors are very intense ladies and gentlemen, i can honestly say this colors are better than you favorite high end palettes, seriously. I will update with swatches on a dark skin  and a lighter skin so you guys can get the feel for these colors.
Until next time guys, have an awesome weekend!!

Hi guys, finally I’m able to overcome my fear by making my presence known online. What better way to promote yourself, especially if you’re going to be marketing and rebranding yourself. Anyways, school is over for the time being so I have some ample amount of time to blog and post as much as I want, hopefully without going AWOL.

I recently traveled to Nigeria for series of occasions so I seized that opportunity to learn/brush up on some skills, such as make-up, feathered hand fan, aso-oke embellishment….yes, I actually devoted time to learn how to embellish those attires you see on the beautiful brides for the traditional wedding, looking like they just went for a Swarovski crystal bath.

Learning these skills was one thing, however, what really struck me was the working condition. Some of the workers sit all day long, arranging stones and beads on the attire, which takes a lot of creative thinking. Keep in mind, they have their competition right at the next store. Matter of fact, at the market, there are rows of store with people doing the same thing, meaning they constantly have to come up with different ideas to stay different and relevant so to speak.
Anyways, stay tune for some exciting content, I cannot wait to share my ideas with you guys as I’m also excited to get some feedbacks from you guys as well.

Enjoy!
